Through Quarule, Elie is helping companies overcome organizational and operational challenges to achieve first class risk management and compliance oversight. Throughout his career in academia and in industry, Elie focused on technology transfer. He played a leading role in founding the Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Centre, Ireland where he continues to engage a multidisciplinary research team with academic and industry partners. Previously, Elie held software engineering, consulting and lecturing positions. Elie is a regular speaker at industry and standards events, published over 15 peer-reviewed papers and plays an advisory role to several companies on Semantic Technology strategy and deployment.

Wesley Moore is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quarule, Inc. Wes is a career Compliance and Risk Program Director with perspective from direct global experience building tools, programs, and teams to prevent, identify, and remediate risks in exchanges, banks, broker-dealers, futures commission merchants and swap dealers. Through Quarule, Wes is leading a transformation in how firms will assure themselves, and certify to regulators, that they are operating legally and following applicable requirements. Over his career, Wes has led the development and operation of enterprise scale compliance programs in international capital markets financial institutions. He completed 13 years of service at Wells Fargo Securities, its predecessor companies, as Managing Director for Compliance Controls and Infrastructure, where he was accountable to manage compliance policy, oversight controls, annual certifications of compliance, registrations and enterprise risk reporting functions.
